ABOUT THIS ROLE

Our Kids Zones are short term child minding areas with lots of fun, colourful and thoughtful activities to entertain our Members' children. Our Kids Zone carers need to balance the hectic responsibility of supervising children of all ages while catering to the needs of the parent.  As a Kids Zone Carer you will need to be able to converse with parents about their children while making the experience in Kids Zone enjoyable for both the child and the parent.  You can help our Members enjoy their fitness more by welcoming their children into the club and providing them with an entertaining experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create awesome atmospheres where Members and their Children feel welcome
• Keep up to date with club information, stay informed and communicate honestly
• Implement systems and procedures to ensure our promises and goals are kept
• Promote our values, supporting policies positively
• Entertain and care for our Members children, creating deep connections within our community
