ABOUT THIS ROLE

Smiles.  Its where it all starts. It is amazing just how much of a difference you can make by giving a genuine smile to someone. If you are a Receptionist with Go Health Clubs, you will be expected to smile a lot. A first impression can begin with a smile even when you are conversing over the phone. Receptionists are key to our Members' experience. Our reception area is an information hub for Guests and for Members. You will be expected to help Members and Guests with all sorts of enquiries including questions about membership payments, to the best group fitness class for reducing flab about the tummy and thighs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create awesome atmospheres where Guests and Members feel welcome
  • Keep up to date with club information, stay informed and communciate honestly
  • Implement systems and procedures to ensure our promises and goals are kept
  • Promote our values, while answering queries and providing solutions
  • Inspire our Members to keep coming back by creating deep connections within our community
 

REQUIREMENTS

  • First Aid and CPR
  • Working with Children Blue Card
  • Experience in either retail, customer service, administration or reception
  • A lively and energetic personality that enjoys multi-switching
  • A fantastic telephone manner
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Windows and MSWord)

 

Casual Role
$18-$20 an hour
